Q : What is APP Product Inquiry apps?
A : APP Product Inquiry apps is an application provided by APP for its customers to submit inquiry online. This application is developed to facilitate the customers with more flexibility for submitting the inquiries; as it can be done anytime and anywhere as long as the customers are connected to the internet. This application also enables the customers to track their order status, payment status and claim/complaint status.
APP Product Inquiry apps is available on web and mobile application (android and iOS).
Q : Who are eligible to use APP Product Inquiry application?
A : All APP's customers who have received User-id and password from APP.
For new customer, please sign up from the application.
Q : How can I access APP Product Inquiry ?
A : If you are not APP's customer, first you have to register yourself to become APP customer
by signing-up from the application. After you become APP customer, you can ask the sales
person to provide you with User-id and password for APP Product Inquiry apps together with the
manual guide.
Q : How can I become APP customer?
A : If you are interested in becoming APP customer, please sign up using web link available on the home page
or contact sales person in APP Branch Office in your country.
Q : What happen if I want to cancel my inquiry or if I send wrong inquiry?
A : You can change/cancel/delete your inquiry from your list if you have not submitted it. Otherwise, please
contact APP sales person (via Live Chat or Messages in Online Inquiry application) to revise or cancel your inquiry.
Q : How do I know if my inquiry is being received or processed? How long is the response time?
A : If an inquiry is successfully created, the system will prompt a message informing you of the successful inquiry
creation and the inquiry number. At the same time an email notification will be automatically sent to you and the sales person.
Our sales person will response and process your inquiry as soon as possible.
Q : Can I still use manual process if I have been given user ID and password for this application?
A : Yes, you can. Online inquiry apps is just one of the channels provided to you to easily reach APP (sales person).
Other channels are still possible.
Q : What if the product I want is not listed in the system?
A : Please contact APP sales person (via Live Chat or Messages in the Online Inquiry application).
Q : I have some questions regarding the system and how to fill the information. Whom I should contact
for further explanations?
A : Each eligible customer will be given a manual guide for using the Online Inquiry application. However, if you
have questions which answers are not in the manual guide, please contact APP sales person (via Live Chat or Messages in
the Online Inquiry application) as first level support. Your question will be escalated to the next level of support should
APP sales person unable to provide the answer.
